How To End Poverty In 90 Minutes with 199 People You May or May Not Know by Michael Rohd and ensemble

World Premiere, Northwestern University - Assistant Director

Working with an ensemble of 12 undergraduate actor/mediators and 3 dramaturgs, Michael Rohd spent 9 months researching and conversing with poverty experts to understand the cycle of poverty and how it could possibly be broken. The research culminated in a theatrical event where an audience of 200 voted on how to spend $1000 towards ending poverty in the Chicagoland area. The event has continue to tour the US working with local mediators, experts, and charities.
